These are two MAJOR reasons to choose VorpX over SkyrimVR. SkyrimVR does not support Skyrim Script Extender (hopefully it will eventually) or Skyrim UI. It supports WAY more than just Skyrim Extended Edition (which is what SkyrimVR is) including original Skyrim that has WAY more, and sometimes better mods.

Reasons to go with VorpX are: It's almost just as good. Personally, I think I'm going to do SkyrimVR instead of VorpX largely because of these two reasons. And if you want companies like Bethesda to support VR, you need to support them financially.

So far, Skyrim VR is worth buying even if you have VorpX for a couple reasons: it's designed for VR and so you can actually read everything including the UI. And I believe books were a total loss in Skyrim on VorpX. I fought VorpX like crazy trying to make the UI readable/usable. I've barely made it out of Helgen by simply running out. Which is better? Well, I'm still first level in Skyrim VR. Iterestingly enough, this appears to have gotten a LOT of comments in a short time.
